  • How to subscribe and get connected to internet?
    • First of all you must be able to connect to our "OzoneBE.net Open Access" wireless network. Then you try to visit any website and you are redirected to our hotspot website from where you can subscribe and pay, we will first generate an account for you that is "disabled", once you make a payment and we receive it, your account will be activated and credited.
  • Why isn't it possible to subscribe from the internet?
    • We only allow people to register from inside our own wireless network, this is the easiest way to make sure they will indeed have coverage.
  • How long does it last to confirm my payment and activate my account?
    • Online payments (Visa/mastercard): Usually 5 minutes, but it can take longer, sometime it needs 30 minutes or more, depending of your bank.
    • Offline regular bank transfer: 1 to 3 days.
  • What are the payment methods available to me?
    • Online with Visa and Mastercard.
    • Offline with a regular bank transfer, if you don't have any bank account you can pay with cash from any post office in belgium, they will issue a regular bank transfer for you.
  • Will my credit card be charged automatically?
    • No, it is not implemented yet, although with regular bank transfers you can issue a "permanent order", which means that your bank will automatically pay from your account every month, this it the best way to make sure you don't forget a payment and get deactivated.
  • When I try to log in on "My Ozone" I still don't have internet?
    • You will always be able to login on "My Ozone", from there you can check your paiment status anytime and renew your account, even of your account is not yet active or has expired but it doesn't identify you for internet access.
  • I lost my password, how do I recover it?
    • Please contact us by hotspot message, phone or mail, we will send you a new password by mail or SMS using the address or phone you gave us when registering.
  • Can I change my password?
    • Not yet, but it will be implemented soon.
  • I have an error message "Account is disabled" ?
    • Either your account is not yet active because we didn't receive the paiment or your account has expired.
  • I have a very strong signal but when I try to connect I get an error message: "Limited connectivity" what is wrong?
    • This could mean there is a problem with one of our antennas, please contact us ASAP on support.
  • I get a message "No more sessions allowed" or "Maximum sessions reached for this user" did somebody get my password?
    • It's very unlikely someone got your password, you get this message when you try to connect with more than one computer or when your computer lost the connection with our antenna and our antenna still thinks you are logged in, usually just wait a few minutes for the system to detect that your computer is no longer logged in and frees the session. If it lasts longer than that please contact us.
  • Do I have to create a new account every month? It's hard to keep all those passwords.
    • No, of course, you can renew your current account from "My Ozone", for regular bank transfers you just have to make the same payment again, with exactly the same data, same amount, same structured communication etc..
